How do I add crew members?

Go to Settings > Team and send an invite. They'll get an email with a link to join your company.

Can I customize job statuses?

Yes. Go to Settings > Job Statuses. Add, rename, or remove statuses to match your workflow (e.g., Bid, Scheduled, In Progress, Complete).

How do I track haul counts?

Open a job and use the Haul Counter. Tap Load In or Load Out to record loads. Each entry is timestamped and attributed to the person who logged it.

How do daily logs work?

Open a job and create a daily log for the workday. SpoilStack keeps weather, work performed, delays, visitors, safety notes, field notes, photos, and documents attached to the job record.

Can I document extra work?

Yes. Create an extra work tag (T&M ticket) from the job, describe the work, note what was performed, add the GC representative, and track its status.

Can I mark up PDF plans?

Yes. Upload PDF plans to a job, open them from the field, and add circles, arrows, text, and freehand notes. Markups sync back to the job record.

How do job closeout exports work?

Use Export Job Package from a job to generate a branded package with the selected logs, extra work tags (T&M), plan markups, photos, documents, haul summaries, and equipment history.

What happens if I lose signal on a job site?

Keep working. The app stores everything locally and syncs when you're reconnected. Photos, documents, haul counts, daily logs, extra work tags (T&M), plan markups, notes — everything works offline.

How does the daily digest work?

Every weekday morning at 6 AM ET, you'll get an email with your jobs, weather forecasts per site, and machine locations. Toggle it on or off in Settings.
