How do I add crew members?

Go to Settings > Team and send an invite. They'll get an email with a link to join your company.

Can I customize job statuses?

Yes. Go to Settings > Job Statuses. Add, rename, or remove statuses to match your workflow (e.g., Bid, Scheduled, In Progress, Complete).

How do I track haul counts?

Open a job and use the Haul Counter. Tap Load In or Load Out to record loads. Each entry is timestamped and attributed to the person who logged it.

What happens if I lose signal on a job site?

Keep working. The app stores everything locally and syncs when you're reconnected. Photos, documents, haul counts, notes — everything works offline.

How does the daily digest work?

Every weekday morning at 6 AM ET, you'll get an email with your jobs, weather forecasts per site, and machine locations. Toggle it on or off in Settings.

How much does SpoilStack cost?

Does SpoilStack work offline?

What platforms is SpoilStack available on?

iPhone (iOS), Android, and web. Sign up on the website, then download the app for your phone. Your crew can use any mix of devices.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Go to Settings > Billing > Manage Subscription. You can cancel anytime. Your data stays accessible until the end of the billing period.

Email [email protected] with what happened and a screenshot if you can. We fix things fast.

Delete Your Account

To delete your account and all associated data, go to Settings and tap "Delete Account", or email [email protected] with the subject "Account Deletion Request" from the email address associated with your account.

We will delete the following within 30 days:

  • Your user account and login credentials
  • All jobs, notes, photos, documents, and haul counts you created
  • Company data (if you are the sole owner)
  • Email preferences and notification settings

If other members remain in your company, the company and its jobs will be preserved. Only your personal account and data will be removed.
