People on jobs by the day
One entry is one person, one job, one day. Put Bob on Miller Ave Tuesday. Put Jake and Tommy on Henderson Monday through Friday in one go. Split days are fine: a person can be on two jobs the same day and shows up on both.
The day board
Today’s jobs as rows. Each row shows the people scheduled and the machines already assigned there, with the address one tap from directions. Jobs with nobody on them still show, so the gap is visible before the trucks leave.
The week roster
People down the side, Monday to Sunday across, job names in the cells. Flip it to jobs down the side when the question is coverage instead of people. Tap an empty cell to fill it.
